My practice is devoted to helping families and individuals with estate planning, real estate transactions, and personal injury.

When the time comes I continue to represent my clients by administering the estate. I make sure that the plan we developed is properly implemented and the estate is looked after and the property is appropriately distributed. I also have extensive experience helping families navigate the complex probate system. There is no reason to get lost in probate and subject assets to burdensome government interference. I provide sound advice and guidance through probate.

In conjunction with my estate planning practice I provide my clients with transactional real estate services. I have found that by representing families in real estate transactions such as home mortgage closings, purchases, sales, and refinancing of homes, I have an intimate familiarity with their estate that allows me to provide superior estate planning services.
